At Honkai Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion apparel. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
